Sovereignty Derives from the Sovereign, Right?
In days gone by there was no question. Sovereignty stemmed from the sovereign, that is, the monarch.
It may be best to define our terms. Let’s start with sovereignty.

There are hundreds of different definitions available on a quick web search, each one subtly different to its peers.
Different people will say different things. A “sovereign citizen” will have a broad definition that includes individuals such as themselves. A cop, a lawyer, a politician, a religious or cultural leader, each will have their own bent, typically placing themselves on a higher level than others might consider fitting.
Realistically, if we in Australia were to seek the most authoritative definition, it would come from the High Court in Canberra rather than the Supreme Court in one of the six States, and certainly not the…
